How long does it take for my skis to ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak winter months or sales events, processing can take up to 4 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates and duties vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
What is your return policy for skis?
We accept returns on unused, unmounted skis within 30 days of purchase. Skis must be in their original packaging. Once skis have been mounted with bindings, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Do your skis come with a warranty?
All Moment Skis are backed by a two-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or trees.
Can I get my skis mounted by you?
If you purchase both skis and bindings from our store, we offer professional mounting services. You will need to provide your boot sole length (BSL) in millimeters during the checkout process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free financing options through Affirm for qualifying customers.
